Enter and View is a process we have in place to deal with either complaints, or when there appears to be few other options.
Carefully selected 'Enter and View Representatives' who have been CRB-checked and trained, will then enter the establishment and view their procedures. There are many things they will be observing and it is not necessarily negative. They are trained to evaluate all aspects of their observations, as neutrally as humanly possible.
This is just one of the many ways we conduct our research and due to this being the most intrusive method, it is not employed lightly.

Please be aware that all Enter & View representatives will need a CRB check and be registered members of the LINk.
