North East Lincolnshire Winter Planning Campaign

The North East Lincolnshire Winter Planning Campaign is a multi-agency initiative to prepare vulnerable people in North East Lincolnshire in case of bad weather like we experienced last year.

The core message of the Winter Planning Campaign is to stock up and stay in if the weather turns bad.

We are encouraging people to add one extra item to their shopping lists now to prevent excessive bills from stocking up all at once.
